All products currently available in our stores are available to be purchased online in dozen quantities. Unfortunately single bottles or mixed dozens are not available for online purchase. However, as an added bonus for purchasing online, our ACG Wine Club members will receive advance notification of upcoming specials as well as being offered monthly members only special deals. ACG secure your online payments using world-wide User Trust / Comodo SSL Certificate. Credit card numbers are not stored and are encrypted for your security. Payments are processed by Eway which is Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant. Customers can be assured that all details remain secure throughout the purchasing process.

We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all. Australian Cleanskin Group uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Australian Cleanskin Group only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience. Pricing Policy

Australian Cleanskin Group's pricing is carefully monitored by our staff to provide our customers with the latest, competitive prices. All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax).

Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.

Delivery / Returns Policy

1. Normal delivery lead times are 6 - 10 working days. Please note, we only ship to destinations within Australia

2. Delivery instructions are a guide for Australia Post only and ACG Wholesale cannot guarantee that on all deliveries these instructions will be followed.

3. If the customer is not in attendance when Australia Post attempts a delivery and no further instructions have been issued by the client, the item or items will be shipped to the local post office where they can be collected upon signature. A card will be left in your letter box to advise of the collection point. Items will be held at the post office for 7 days. After this time uncollected items will be returned to ACG Warehouse in Melbourne. Please note if wine is to be resent to a customer full delivery charges will apply.

4. Due to Liquor Licence laws, wines cannot not be delivered to or accepted by person/s under the age of 18 years old.

5. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order (i.e. out of stock) we will notify you within 2 business days to arange an alternative product, alternative delivery time or a full refund.

6. ACG Wholesale guarantee’s the quality of all products that are sold and delivered to clients through our online facility. If the client has valid reasons for return of stock, ACG Wholesale will refund the customer/s the total value of the purchase (including delivery charge) or exchange the products for other item/s of the same value.
