ACG use Australia Post for delivery - shipping costs are as follows:

- $6.50 per case to all states

1. Normal delivery lead times are 6 - 10 working days. Please note, we only ship to destinations within Australia

2. Delivery instructions are a guide for Australia Post only and ACG Wholesale cannot guarantee that on all deliveries these instructions will be followed.

3. If the customer is not in attendance when Australia Post attempts a delivery and no further instructions have been issued by the client, the item or items will be shipped to the local post office where they can be collected upon signature. A card will be left in your letter box to advise of the collection point.

4. Due to Liquor Licence laws, wines cannot not be delivered to or accepted by person/s under the age of 18 years old.

5. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order (i.e. out of stock) we will notify you within 2 business days to arange an alternative product, alternative delivery time or a full refund.

6. ACG Wholesale guarantee’s the quality of all products that are sold and delivered to clients through our online facility. If the client has valid reasons for return of stock, ACG Wholesale will refund the customer/s the total value of the purchase (including delivery charge) or exchange the products for other item/s of the same value.
